Competitors/ Officials and all Attendees – To streamline the required sign-in process at our event, we have obtained a QR code from Service NSW for you to use. The QR code sign will be located at the gate and there will also be smaller laminated versions available at the Gear Check shed and clubhouse. Please use one of these to sign in to help us comply with the necessary regulations.
• Prior to arrival, go the App store on your phone and download the Service NSW app.
• When you arrive at the grounds, open the app on your phone and you will see under Tools on the opening screen a box with Covid Safe Check In
• Click on this box and it will open a screen which you then hold over the QR code for a few seconds until it tells you it has successfully signed you in.
• If this does not seem to be working on your phone, please don’t hold up traffic at the entrance but proceed in and try again at one of the other QR code locations within the grounds.
• If you cannot get the QR code to work, please come to the clubhouse where we will have a manual sign in sheet you can use.
• If you have a groom/support personnel with you, please remind them that everyone needs to sign in

Competitors – If you have booked a yard to use at the grounds, please be advised of the following:
• As the yards had not been used for some time, there was considerable growth of grass and weeds in them. Most of the yards were cut with a whipper snipper earlier this week but there was not sufficient time or personnel to clear them.
• We are concerned that it could be unsafe and potentially detrimental to your horse’s health to eat any of this cut grass and weeds.
• Please bring a stable rake with you and rake all this cut matter out of the yard before you put your horse in there.
• Thank you for your assistance with this – the welfare of the horse must always be paramount.
